Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched weekly on Wednesday, via Royal Mail.   

Order cut off takes place Saturday for Wednesday postage.  Anything placed after this will be posted the following Wednesday.

Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 – this includes postage and packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure all delivery addresses/details for the order are correct. Din & Don's cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.

Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery remains the responsibility of the customer. Din & Don's cannot accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances e.g. recipient being on holiday etc. on the day of delivery.

Din & Don's cannot accept responsibility or any costs incurred as the result of a delay in delivery by couriers due to adverse weather conditions or accidents. Where damage has occurred due to such delay, a replacement will be dispatched to the recipient.
